2022 Honda Civic Sedan First Look

The upcoming 11th-generation 2022 Honda Civic will be offered as a four-door hatchback, adopting a coupe-like profile, and as a traditional four-door sedan. As you probably know, the absolutely strongest part of the Civic is the front fascia. This model features sleek headlights that flow into the grille, making this car very unique.

Like before, the fog lights sit on the lower grille creating a bit of a mustache effect. Moreover, the same design is present on the Insight model. However, Civic Sedan appears to have a cleaner and simpler design reminiscent of the Insight. At the back, the new LED taillights are present with a different shape and look than before. The taillights look thinner and remind us of a Kia Stinger-style.

Cabin Changes

Like the previous 10th generation, the new one will feature the same modern styling. The 2022 Honda Civic Sedan interior has evolved over the years, providing more comfort and housing plenty of quality materials. Interior space is among the best in class with rear legroom of impressive 37.4 inches on a sedan variant. However, the Civic hatchback is also keeping well, delivering 25.7 cubic feet behind the rear seats. Folding them it opens 46.2 cubic feet.

The most basic LX sedan comes standard with Honda Sensing driver aids, automatic climate control, folding rear seat, a 5-inch infotainment display, Bluetooth phone/audio, USB port, and a 4-speaker sound system. The Sport trim is the recommended trim, and it seems like a better choice for many reasons. This trim features a rearview camera, keyless entry/ignition with walk-away locking, leather-wrapped steering wheel/shift knob, bigger 7-inch infotainment touch screen, split/fold (60/40) rear seats, smartphone integration, and an 8-speaker audio setup.
