Great news for all Accord lovers. It seems that the new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid is in the works. The next-generation sedan has been rendered, revealing refreshed styling. According to many reports, the forthcoming model could ride on the sam platform that will be modified to handle an electric motor and battery.
Honda offers the current Accord with two engines. You can get a 192-horsepower (143-kilowatt) 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine or a 252-hp (187-kW) four-cylinder. Honda also offers the hybrid model, which delivers 212 hp (158 kW). For the 2024 model year, the automaker could make some tweaks, and we’re expecting more power and better fuel economy.

The new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid will look way more attractive compared to the regular one. Anyway, it will be the same size as the outgoing model. Judging by the first renderings, Honda will drastically redesign the upcoming Accord.
As far as we can see, the styling cues are taken from the new Civic. So, the new Accord will receive the same slim headlights, a sizable grille, and a sleek lower bumper. At the rear, the new sedan keeps its swooping roofline, though it adopts the Civic’s taillight styling.
Interior Rumors
Considering that we don’t have any images of the 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid inside, we expect Honda to make some significant changes. First of all, the manufacturer will probably make the interior more pleasant by adding more quality materials.
Anyway, expect the same seating layout, which has enough room to accommodate up to five passengers. On the technology side, the Accord Hybrid will be updated to keep up with its rivals. From the information that’s available, it could follow the Civic and receive a cleaner design with a larger infotainment display. Other features that will be available are Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, Bluetooth, two USB ports, and a 4-speaker/160-watt audio setup.

The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the Honda Accord LX is $25,470, while the range-topping model could reach $43K. For comparison, the Toyota Camry is the closest rival, with a starting price lower by $175 than the Accord. The Kia K5, Hyundai Sonata, and Subaru Legacy are all much cheaper.
