From a source “close to Honda, the marketing team is seriously considering to revive this sporty car. Honda is celebrating its anniversary next year, and this is a great celebration occasion to introduce the all-new S2000. According to rumors, the new vehicle will be more potent than the last 2009 model rolled in Japan. It should also feature the same proportions as the 20th Anniversary Concept, which was displayed at the Tokyo Auto Salon last January.
2022 Honda S2000 Renderings
The exterior styling of the newest 2022 Honda S2000 should be undoubtedly more attractive than before. Like the 20th Anniversary Concept, which was introduced at the Tokyo Auto Salon last January, we expect the new Honda S2000 to keep the same proportions.
However, according to renderings, styling will be fresh, featuring completely different front fascia. Generally, the manufacturer added a more sporty hood and slimmer LED headlights. Besides, the new Honda S2000 should also be lighter than before, thanks to use of aluminum and carbon fiber materials. Overall, the new two-seat car will emphasize a much more sporting appearance, and we should expect a vast ranger of optional wheels and tires.
Interior Rumors
Apparently, the upcoming 2022 Honda S2000 will feature a more modern cabin than its predecessor. Generally, we expect the seating layout to remain the same, offering more comfort. Reportedly, the new roadster should also introduce some innovative technology and better safety.

It will most likely use a modified version of the 2.0-liter turbo-four that powers Honda Civic Type R. This engine produces 320 hp and 295 lb-ft, but with a lighter S2000, it might develop 350 hp around.
